The region’s leading independently owned & operated welding supply and compressed cryogenic gas supplier has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers in our New Hampton office.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Enter and post tickets and payments
- Take/enter new customer information
- Run local errands i.e. take deposits to bank
- Help retail customers in store
- Make Collection Calls
Requirements:
- Must be dependable, organized and customer oriented
- Clean NYS driver’s license required to run errands
- Able to move gas cylinders if needed
- Collections experience a plus.
