DELIVERY RECEIPTS

We are always striving to provide the best, safest possible services at the lowest feasible price. As part of this strategy, we are working on going GREEN! Our online portal, new CES smartphone app and email invoicing are a few steps we are taking to reduce our dependence upon paper.

 

Please be advised that effective December 1st, we will no longer be leaving
delivery receipts/invoices at the delivery location .

 

This will not only save paper but is also a time saving measure for our drivers.
 
We have created a web form where customers can supply their email address to help us in our effort to go green. Please complete the form below and we will update your information. Customers can also call any of our offices to submit their email address and set up their account for email invoicing. 
 
Customers who are set up for email invoicing will have their invoices emailed to the email on file and will typically receive their invoice within one business day of delivery. Those customers who currently receive paper invoices will continue to receive mailed invoices but please note that we would like to go completely green in the near future. Delivery information is also available through the online portal and the smartphone app.  The online portal gets updated once every 24-36 hours, typically in the evening, so customers will have to wait until then to view their most recent delivery information.
