The regions #1 family owned fuel company is busy, growing and looking for a full-time customer service representative in our Freedom Propane Red Hook, NY office to troubleshoot and help customers with billing, payments, and other account inquiries. Must be customer oriented, friendly and have GREAT phone skills.
Requirements:
- Great customer service/phones skills
- Must be able to answer 40+ calls a day
- Create Delivery & Service Tickets
- Process customer payments
- Dependable and organized
- Learn how to fill BBQ cylinders and occasionally fill tanks for customers
- Strong mathematical skills
- Good computer skills
