Combined Energy Services makes it’s 3rd van donation to PCHS.
Combined Energy Services has given away over 30 vehicles to great local non-profits so far and it’s no secret that Combined Energy Services loves animals. So, when we had another van ready for retirement, it was a perfect fit to give it to the Pike County Humane Society (Shohola, PA). This is our 3rd van donation that we’ve been able to make.
They are a non-profit, no kill shelter that operates solely from donations, and every little bit helps. This January marked their 22nd year of operation. Remember they not only take in and care for pets, but they also are able to respond to cases of abuse. They recently announce that Pike County now has two dedicated Humane Police Officers that will help crack down on animal cruelty cases.
Consider visiting their website and making your own donation or when looking for a new fur baby, visit them at 189 Lee Road, Shohola during operating hours. Check out their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PCHumane
Taking over the keys from Jamie DeFrank & Pete Drobysh are Executive Director Christine Cahill and Board Member Stacy O’Connell.
