Sales Dept. Business Lead Developer – Monticello NY

Work with our seasoned sales team developing sales leads including new construction leads from our drivers and techs in the field, local contractors, newspaper articles, local municipal offices. Job entails gathering info on potential new customers that are under development / construction, researching on-line where necessary for proper contact information, forward all to the sales dept. No direct sales or customer contact required. Local travel required to help gather information from local building departments and municipal agencies in company provided car. 

Must have strong internet navigational “investigative skills”, be very organized, attentive to details.  Able to manage your own schedule of when to get info from what municipality regularly. Valid NYS driver’s license required.  Knowledge of Excel a plus.

Full time includes: Health insurance for individual or family (co pays 80%), dental insurance (co pays 100%), 401k investment plan with 4% co match, paid time off for vacation/ sick, holidays, home heating oil / propane at wholesale cost, season pass at Holiday Mountain Ski Area. 

Pay: up to $22.00 per hour
