Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Installation of bulk CO2 tanks and beverage gas systems at customer sites.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair bulk CO2 system malfunctions.
- Educating and assisting customers in all manners of safe operations of their bulk CO2 systems.
- Prepare Service Work Order ticket on all service work done.
- Participate in our weekend “on-call” schedule.
- Have great customer service skills/positive attitude towards co-workers.
- Attend meetings and schools/training as required.
- Possible backup CO2 Delivery Driver during periods of personnel shortage.
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor, manager, or owner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Class B Driver’s License.
- Air brake endorsements (or ability to quickly obtain endorsements)
- Ability to problem solve, make repairs, and deliver customer service without supervision.
- Valid license.
- Able to pass Drug Test and Criminal Background Check.
Required:
- Willingness to work outside and drive in all weather conditions.
- Must be available to work overtime.
- Participate in weekend on-call schedule.
- Early morning start.
