A few days prior to Christmas this year I became concerned that my propane level was going down because of the substantially increased usage that i was needing( guests were over and had to use a second furnace) . In light of there being no deliveries on Christmas and the upcoming storm i was concerned that a delivery would not be made until the following Monday where the propane level, in my mind, wouldbe at risk of freezing. I spoke with Bernadette Guba and she calmed me down (lol) but more importantly she worked with Bryan, the company’s dispatcher, and I received the delivery of propane the day after Christmas. Im forever grateful for their help. As can be seen from my experience, Combined Energy is a great company to work with
