I just called Combined Energy office in Monticello to pay for a propane delivery I received a few days ago … I was helped by Lavinia H ( Viv ) she was very courteous and very helpful She helped me figure out why I wasn’t receiving my email paid receipt… It was a pleasure speaking with Viv ..
