Not only did CES get new tanks placed within one business day during the coldest time of the year due to a prior company’s failure, but the driver/technician Malcolm was also exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, demonstrating dedication and expertise throughout the process. Especially having to dig his way through the snow for one of the tanks. He might have been cursing under his breath but never let his frustration show. LOL. THANK YOU MALCOM!!!!
