I have been a long time customer of Freedom Propane, now merged with Combined Energy Services. Freedom always provided outstanding customer service and this, my first experience with Combined was equally pleasant. Viv was most helpful and actually went the extra mile to help me out by contacting Dawn in an effort to answer my questions and resolve a minor complaint on my bill. Complaint resolved, and 5 stars all around for customer service!
