I have been a customer for 5 years and I will give them more than 5 stars if possible! The service provided by CES Monticello, NY has been absolutely amazing. Every time I need help with something either regular or expedited delivery, questions about my account, etc, they are there for me. Knowing that there is an efficient and serious company backing you up when needed is a big relief and peace of mind. Everyone in the Customer Service department is always willing to help. Lavinia, Julia, Marla are super friendly, helpful and professional. Milton is one of their drivers, very polite, attentive and friendly.
