I had been a customer of Freedom Propane, a family owned business for 16 years. I received a letter in Oct 2024 stating they were retiring and another family owned business would be taken over, Combined Energy Services. I am one who does not like change since I was so familiar with Freedom and now I have to “deal” with another company. I just recently called CES with some questions and the representative that answered the phone was Viv. She was so kind and helpful. She explained everything so thoroughly and with ease. She also helped me set up my online account which was very helpful. Viv is definitely an asset to the company and she made my transition seem so easy.
