The regions #1 family owned fuel company is busy, growing and looking for a full-time customer service representative in our Monticello, NY office to troubleshoot and help customers with billing, payments, and other account inquiries. Must be customer oriented, friendly and have GREAT phone skills.
Requirements:
- Great customer service/phones skills
- Must be able to answer 40+ calls a day
- Dependable and organized
- Strong mathematical skills
- Good computer skills
- Monthly Saturday shift
- Work shift 9am – 6pm
