Self-motivated individuals to work in a team to make lots of aging propane tanks installed at customers’ locations & CES storage facilities look great!
Requirements:
- Travel safely to customer locations in co van throughout the region
- Weed whack around tanks when necessary
- Apply weed killer when necessary
- Safely assemble and use scaffold where necessary
- Wire wheel loose paint & rust on tanks & piping
- Prime and paint tanks & piping using brushes, rollers & airless sprayer
- Keep tools, equipment and van in clean, workable, safe condition
- Navigate roads to safely & efficiently get to customers’ locations. Local road knowledge a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Must have valid NYS drivers license with safe driving record. Painting experience a plus.
- Must be able to work outdoors, climb, lift painting equipment, ladder & scaffolding.
- Can’t be afraid to lay on the ground to assure the bottom sides of propane tanks are 100% properly prepped & painted
Seasonal until gets too cold to paint. Rainy days off, can make up lost hours on weekends if necessary. Fairly flexible hours as long as jobs get done efficiently, thoroughly and safely.
$20 – 22 / hour
