Bernadette truly helped us out this morning. We have a very steep driveway and although my husband plowed many times, it was still too slick to scheduled a regular propane delivery. Finally we had a break in the weather and the ice melted. With another storm expected this weekend I phoned our propane company explaining we were down below 20% and asked if it was possible to get a delivery today. Bernadette came to the rescue and we had propane delivered a few hours later! Thank you for your excellent service Bernadette and to our delivery driver who braves the weather each working day to ensure people stay warm and safe!
