I had a question regarding my bill, as well as I was having a problem with our tank monitor not transmitting or reporting our tank’s current fuel level. I spoke with Bernadette G who not only helped with the bill but then she went above and beyond to assist me in getting the tank issue reported and a repair ticket issued.
