Combined Energy Services is proud to be a sponsor of Catskill Regional Medical Center’s women’s health center and oncology unit in their efforts to raise awareness of breast cancer prevention and treatment. Each year we make a donation to CRMC to be used for helping their efforts to treat cancer patients through their state of the art oncology unit in Harris, NY. On October 28, 2014 CES again made a $4000 donation to CRMC at the hospital.
In conjunction with National Breast Cancer Awareness month in October, we donate 1 cent per gallon that went through our truck in the last year by our “pink” delivery truck that is an attention getting rolling billboard which hopefully reminds women that regular check-ups are the key to proper health in the long run.
We teamed up with CRMC in 2009 after three years supporting the American Breast Cancer Foundation nationally. We decided to change our donation over to CRMC to put more support on a local resource that’s in the community we service and many of our employees and customers live. Since 2009 we’ve donated over $20,000 to Catskill Regional Medical Center through this great program. We believe that if this campaign sparks one person to get a mammogram and it saves their life, then it’s all worth it.
“We truly appreciate the generosity of Combined Energy Services. Their donation will go toward our newly purchased digital mammography equipment”, said JP McGuirk, CRMC’s director of marketing and public relations. “Their digital mammography services we now offer in Sullivan County are in part due to the efforts and our partnership with CES”.
The CRMC Women’s Health Center offers services to women of all ages, including gynelogical exams, mammography, ultrasound, bone densitometry and obstetrical care.
A member of the Greater Hudson Valley Health Care System, CRMC is dedicated to providing the highest quality health care to residents of Sullivan County. For more information, call CRMC: 845-794-3300.
